Rick Blake
Rick has 29+ years experience in the Energy, Communication, and Public Transportation industries, with a strong background in Project Management, Route and Site Development, Contract Negotiation, Budget Development, Title, Property Acquisition, Environmental Permitting, Condemnation, Offshore Regulatory Compliance, Operational Policy and Procedures, Communication, and Client Relations. He has managed acquisition and environmental projects in all geographical areas of the U.S. (43 states). Rick has a highly successful history of working with Federal, State, and Local government agencies, including the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the Department of Transportation Office of Pipeline Safety, U. S. Fish and Wildlife, U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mineral Management Services, various State Historical Preservation Offices, the Texas Railroad Commission, and the Texas Department of Transportation to insure the completion of linear projects in a timely and cost efficient manner.
Rick has a JD degree from the University of Arkansas. He is currently a member of the International Right of Association Pipeline Committee.

Milton Fisher, Ph.D.
Milton Fisher, a doctoral graduate of Duke University has been in the right of way business as a Project Manager or field supervisor for twelve years. He has managed long haul fiber and gas pipeline projects in seventeen states in all areas of the country.
As project manager Milton has focused on route development, selection, management and coordination of employees/contractors through all project phases from planning through construction for a diverse client base including Williams Gas Pipeline, El Paso and Bell South.
