Rick Blake
Rick has 29+ years experience in the Energy, Communication, and Public Transportation industries, with a strong background in Project Management, Route and Site Development, Contract Negotiation, Budget Development, Title, Property Acquisition, Environmental Permitting, Condemnation, Offshore Regulatory Compliance, Operational Policy and Procedures, Communication, and Client Relations. He has managed acquisition and environmental projects in all geographical areas of the U.S. (43 states). Rick has a highly successful history of working with Federal, State, and Local government agencies, including the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the Department of Transportation Office of Pipeline Safety, U. S. Fish and Wildlife, U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mineral Management Services, various State Historical Preservation Offices, the Texas Railroad Commission, and the Texas Department of Transportation to insure the completion of linear projects in a timely and cost efficient manner.
Rick has a JD degree from the University of Arkansas. He is currently a member of the International Right of Association Pipeline Committee.

Josh Erlich
Josh Erlich, a graduate of the Southwestern University School of Law, has 10 years of experience in the complex legal realm of business advisement. Josh's passion for this area began in law school and has been strengthened by many of the positions he has held over the last decade of practicing law. The positions Josh has held quickly escalated to the level of Vice President of Legal Affairs, a reflection on his skill and dedication in his field of work.
Corporate Governance is another area in which Mr. Erlich has exceptional hand-on experience. He has skillfully provided his counsel in this area for both domestic and international firms, with projects under his purview as monumental as an 18,000 mile petroleum transmission line.
Mr. Erlich has also aggressively acquired expertise in all avenues of small business consulting, gaining valuable hands-on knowledge that he applies for clients in intellectual property concerns, executive summaries, and highly profitable rounds of fundraising. His membership in the State Bar of California, District of Columbia Bar, and American Bar Association lend strength and confidence to his adept practice of law for his clients.

Ann M. Davey
Ann’s career began as a title examiner in Boston where she operated a title company with clients that included banks and public utilities. A former title examination instructor at Northeastern University College and an approved title examiner for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts she examined title for the Land Court and Commonwealth for eminent domain takings.
For the past nineteen years, Ann’s focus has been as a land service consultant in the Right-of-Way and Oil and Gas Industries. Her extensive experience in Right-of-Way includes project management for FERC regulated pipeline transmission projects and long haul fiber optic builds. Areas of expertise include: project management, easement/fee acquisition and damage settlements.
Ms. Davey’s work in the Oil and Gas Industry in areas of exploration and exploitation include: permitting 3D geophysical seismic surveys, abstracting of drill sites, royalty division orders, lease acquisition, production histories, due diligence and title curative.
Areas of Work: Northeast Corridor, Appalachian Basin, Gulf Coast, Ark-La-Tex and Southwest Regions of the Unites States. Membership: AAPL, HAPL, LAPL and ALTAPL

Milton Fisher, Ph.D.
Milton Fisher, a doctoral graduate of Duke University has been in the right of way business as a Project Manager or field supervisor for twelve years. He has managed long haul fiber and gas pipeline projects in seventeen states in all areas of the country.
As project manager Milton has focused on route development, selection, management and coordination of employees/contractors through all project phases from planning through construction for a diverse client base including Williams Gas Pipeline, El Paso and Bell South.

Louis F. Love
Attended Louisiana State University with studies in Business and Agriculture.
Experience: 27 years in the Land Industry/Energy related projectsFrom 1975 to 1980, worked in the Real Estate Industry as a sales agent.
Began land career in 1980 as an abstractor for real estate attorney and as a lease acquisition agent for Oil and Gas companies.
The career has included multiple aspects of the Energy Industry, including seismic, exploration, exploitation, due diligence , title and right-of-way acquisition.
Worked on several row projects, ranging from FERC regulated, LNG, field development, local utility and long haul fiber optics.
Have had the opportunity to work throughout the United States, including the Appalachian Basin, the Northeast Corridor, the Permian Basin, the West Coast, the Gulf Coast, the ArkLaTex and Mid Continent regions of the coutry Member of AAPL, LAPL, HAPL and ARLATXPL
